The Institute
Participation & Ethics
Clear boundaries. Serious intent.
The Rules of Participation
- No investment pathway. Participation in the Institute does not imply, and cannot lead to, investment eligibility in any fund or strategy managed by Britannica Capital.
- No access to proprietary strategies. The Institute teaches institutional thinking, not the firm's systems, signals, or positions.
- Confidentiality. Participants are expected to treat Institute materials and discussions with discretion, and the Institute extends the same discretion to its participants.
- Intellectual honesty. Work is evaluated on evidence and reasoning. Overstating certainty is treated as an error, not a style.
- No outcome promises. The Institute enforces standards; it does not promise careers, placements, or financial results.
The Institute exists to improve thinking and decision-making. Everything else is a by-product.
